The staff and physicians of Centennial Medical Center at Ashland City are pleased that you have entrusted us with your health care within our local community. It is our goal to provide you with compassionate care and exceptional quality and service. As an off-site campus of Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, we draw on the leadership, resources, and clinical expertise of the flagship hospital for HCA, which is also the tertiary care facility for TriStar Health System. Centennial Medical Center at Ashland City maintains the same national standards through State certifications and the Joint Commission Accreditation process as other community hospitals.
Centennial Medical Center at Ashland City became the fifth of Tennessee’s small hospitals to achieve designation as a Critical Access Hospital (CAH). CAH is a federal program designed to ensure rural populations have access to excellent local hospital care. Under CAH, Centennial Medical Center at Ashland City maintains private rooms and inpatient hospital beds to treat patients with non-life threatening illnesses.
Our team of physicians, skilled nurses and staff at Ashland City are privileged to offer the quality services our community needs. Our third floor inpatient unit and extensive outpatient diagnostics adds to the broad scope of services available right here in Cheatham County. We provide our patients with superior emergency care, an array of imaging exams, therapy services, complete laboratory services, electronic medical records, and specialized care. Meeting each patient’s individualized health care needs is our goal.
